Our Mission

Our mission is to provide culturally relevant training and research that supports improving the overall relationship health of parents and their children.   Our chief goal is to enhance the “social and human capital” of families. The International Parent Institute (IPI) is a Denver based organization that works to utilize the latest research, resources and trainings for parent/relationship education.

IPI recognizes that healthy families means healthy children which contributes to a strong and healthy society.  We work with parents or primary caregivers of children (ages zero to 18).  We also realize the importance of supporting young parents with the skills to become strong and effective parents for their children.

IPI teaches life skills, the basics of parenting, the importance of early childhood development and future orientation skills. When parents can plan and look past their current circumstances to make healthy decisions for themselves and their children, we have a stronger likelihood of kids having a chance to succeed in their education, social skills and overall health.
